I am a new faculty in LMU (http://www.klinikum.uni-muenchen.de/Institut-fuer-Schlaganfall-und-Demenzforschung/en/) and I am starting my own group after finishing my postdoc in Stanford with Thomas Sudhof’s and Steve Quake’s groups which focused on single cell RNAseq and qPCR. I plan to apply single cell analysis approaches to stroke and dementia related questions. I am looking for a PhD student trained in bioinformatics or data mining who wants to learn molecular techniques.
