[VanBUG] Doctor on Demand: Telemedicine in the 21st Century‏

Imagine having a patient see you from the comfort and convenience of their own home. Having a doctor available at your bedside 24/7 without leaving the house. Through emergent telemedicine technologies, this type of futuristic idea is becoming reality today.

This event will bring together a clinician, a policy expert, and an industry pioneer to talk about the role of telemedicine in primary care in an urban setting. The presenter panel will discuss the future of telemedicine, and how GPs will be integrating this emerging modality of care delivery into their practice. There will also be a live demo of the QHR/Medeo telemedicine platform at the event.

We welcome attendees from both clinical and engineering/computer science backgrounds. Food and light refreshments will be offered.
