[VanBUG] Bioinformatics Training Needs Survey‏

Hi all,

Our sponsor and sister organization (www.bioinformatics.ca) is conducting a survey to improve our understanding of bioinformatics training needs in Canada. It’ll be great if you can spare a few minutes to help out. Please contact Michelle Brazas (below) if you have any questions or comments.

Thank you.

Cheers,

Will

Bioinformatics.ca participates in GOBLET, a global group focused on bioinformatics training (mygoblet.org). We are undertaking a survey to learn of the bioinformatics training needs in our respective life science and biotechnology communities. We would like to reach as many Canadian life scientists as possible, and seek your input to the following anonymous, multiple choice survey.

https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GOBLETsurvey

GOBLET aims to provide resources to help bioscientists to improve their skills and increase their confidence using bioinformatics in their research.
To ensure that GOBLET develops effective training programmes that would be valuable the trainees and meet their needs, we would like to gather your responses through this brief survey by March 31, 2014.

Thank you for your assistance,
Michelle
